Great post and glad to see another Stack that will focus on the "Larger Picture" issues at work, behind the curtain of perpetual "distraction issues".
I have a selfish request - as I have been trying to explain how these things are woven into the death shroud, of the western world - where appropriate, point out the obvious and not so obvious tactics of Incrementalism and the constant use of the Overton Window, by radical globalists and their useful idiots. These two tools have been used effectively for at least 3 generations, to bring us imperceptibly to the chaos and destruction, we're mired in today.
In the last three plus years, they could no longer hide their destructive agendas and actions - nor did they feel the need to do so. They played the long game over centuries and this is the culmination of it - building a deep MIIC infrastructure, then installing closeted globalists in the WH, to slowly bring us to edge of the cliff and then push us over. We are now sliding down the slippery slope (again think larger picture). No amount of hopium or denial will change that. Math doesn't lie, unless you're a politician or woke idiot.
We have a country with no enforced borders; fiat currency that has been fatally devalued; a warm war with Russia; an open attack on the constitution (on many fronts); a populous, that has been so demoralized and subverted, that for the meager reward of netflix, sports, movies, doordash, porn, legal pot and virtue signaling points - they happily agree to turn their children into debt slaves and willingly accept being infected and then experimented on, by their own government.
This has been done step by step, over years, decades and centuries.
An effective strategy to use, on a culture who no longer can see/comprehend beyond a 10 second sound bite or twitter blurb/video.
And now BRICS, which is again part of their long game, is poised to make another incremental shift.
Few will take the death of the dollar seriously - until it happens - and of course then it will be too late. Of course they will then offer you CBDC as the fix - which the majority will happily sign on for, because with it will be guarantees of UBI and fixed pricing. So long as you spend those digital dollars where they tell you AND behave, they will house and feed you.
All made possible by incrementalism and the Overton Window, to normalize the radical agenda ideas/actions.
